El Ceviche Loco, México

Out of this world! Went there three times in seven days! The tomatoe base is much sweeter than in the US, so I got mine Muy Picante. It was the perfect balance. It's in a very busy tight little corridor so it's not the ideal spot to eat. But they give you crackers and a spoon to take away. I got the large, 120 pesos, and savoured each and every spoonful. Each taste, no matter how small, is brim-full of flavor. And they even put a few pieces of avocado in there too. The kid there is crazy funny (and the women are super super sweet). And of course the chef is a genius!

Stopper here during our free gastronomic tour and absolutely love it! I would have just walked by if it wasnt fit the tourguide.
