Food was bland egg fried rice was tasteless. Looked more like boiled rice than fried. Barely any chicken pieces. Curry sauce ordered separately tiny portion and very watery. Absorbed into rice and did it add any taste! Kids had chicken and chips. Very good portion. Very greasy. Husband had chicken noodles this was a nice dish. Drinks pricey. Charged 5E for a cola! Service ok not great. Would not be back. Plenty of nicer places in Es Canar.
Excellent location near to centre of Es Cana.Good choice of menu and great prices too..Set menu id 12.50 euros and includes a drink at lunch time.Went for Lunch and Dinner on different days and food was fantastic and plenty of it.Restaurant was spotless and staff very helpful.Would certainly recommend this place.
My wife and I had dinner here. We chose the outdoor seating. We started with duck and pancakes where the duck came sliced rather than shredded like you usually get in the UK. Nonetheless it was delicious. We followed that with lemon chicken, sweet and sour pork and egg fried rice. All excellent. It was all reasonably priced and the service was friendly and efficient. We wouldn't hesitate to eat there again.
Poor quality, owners were arguing and shouting at their child, I put my knife and fork down on my place, the owner took my plate away while I will still having my last mouthful and my family were still eating, I still had other food on the table I was going to dip it in my sauce on my place but it was gone. Food was put in a microwave came out so hot it would burn your mouth, then went cold very quickly. Wouldn’t recommend due to service, quality, rude staff and expensive for what we had.
I’m not sure where other people eat Chinese food, but the food served here is awful! It’s worse than a supermarket packet food. We decided to eat out for a change sat at the side of the restaurant as it was a hot evening. The only problem with that is the side road had constant vehicles going to their homes, nice ambiance. Now food time. We were asked if we would like a drink, we chose a bottle of red wine we were recommended a cheaper one instead. We were asked if we would like water with it we said yes. Also we were asked id we wanted prawn cracker as we waited again we said yes. The Rioja wine was no better than house wine we were later charged for the water. We ordered our food jogged the waiter’s memory on the crackers. When they arrived they were tasteless I think my feet had more fish on them after the walk on the beech! We started with crispy duck/pancakes, it should be called fatty duck with thin sticky pancakes. The duck wasn’t shredded/crispy it was sliced with fat around the outside. The pancakes were thin sticky easily broken because of the thickness. No spring onions only a raw onion watery hoisin sauce. Now for our mains, sweet sour chicken, crispy chilly beef chicken rice. The sweet sour had very doughy the thin sauce lacked flavour . The chilli beef came on its own (no veg) can be described more like sticky beef, lacked flavour again. The rice was ok, light fluffy but didn’t seem fried or sticky. We left a lot as the quality was poor we were asked if we wanted to have some containers for the remainder, a bit difficult when your staying on a hotel! Conclusion. It’s not about the price, expensive or cheap it’s about quality taste, this place has neither.
