Feedback gevenThis is the worst lotaburger I've ever been to. My order was wrong. I ordered no onions and pickles and got just that and ordered cheese. No cheese. I got 2 little ketchup packets,no napkins. My burger was so dry!! The cashier was not friendly at all, she was rude!! I should've checked my order but of course I'm on my lunch and in a hurry.
Yummy itsaburger and seasoned fries. Super attentive, friendly, and accommodating staff. Good job Jared and chefs!
Location states they open at 6am and my order placed online was supposed to be picked up at 6.18, they did not open the doors on time and the girl who did had an aweful attitude, I was standing outside by the door for 20 minutes waiting for her to open the door , she saw me and ignored me
Amazing Hamburger I’ve eaten burgers all over the US and many countries globally! The NM style Lotta burger is the best #1!
The food and service was good, but the employees had the Spanish music very loud. It was rather annoying.
