Del Charro Saloon - Santa Fe

The restaurant was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful, relaxing atmosphere. The food was exquisite! The green chile burger, stuffed green chile burger, and blue corn enchiladas were fantastic. The service was excellent, and I would definitely dine here again.

Great service! Everyone was satisfied and happy. I tried the Santa Fe Margarita, green chili chicken enchiladas, Frito Pie, and pozole. The margarita was a perfect choice after a long day exploring Santa Fe. It had plenty of jalapeños, but the spiciness wasn’t overwhelming.

We really loved this place! The charming architecture and fun atmosphere made for a great dining experience. We enjoyed the Frito pie and queso, and I have to say, the margarita was by far the strongest drink I have ever ordered in my life!

Yes, absolutely. I played around with the spicy and fiess pears before I ordered the house (both good! not even. go straight for the house marg. you will not be mad. chips and queso- solid loved the green chiles in it. bison burger- not bad, very filling, enjoyed it most when immersed in the green salsa. the green chili chicken kitchens... wowowowowowow absolutely incredible. I had to order a few to go home. I can't recommend it enough. great atmosphere and service. would definitely come back.

Delicious food and amazing atmosphere and great server. It great to be among people and enjoy the food.
