Edible Alchemy - Santa Fe

This is a must if you are vegan / vegetarian. We visit Denver and plan the next time here (there is too much on the menu we want to try). Not only her food was fantastic, but the people who work here are beyond kindness and patient. We are outside the towns that make these typical mistakes from the city, and they were more than accommodating to be vegan in Santa Fe, was a challenge, and Edible Alchemy was a repetition. Thank you for your wonderful service and great food!

What a jewel. My friend and I shared the Hummus Appetizer, the Portobello sandwich and the Falafel salad and they were all for dying. Everything tastes so fresh and tasteful. I would recommend it as a must.

BEST RESTAURANT EVER!! This place is amazing!!! If you are near Santa Fe, this is the real deal. Plant-based, Vegan, GF REAL FOOD!! No processed fake vegan rawness. Do your body a favor, eat here!!

I'm glad that's here! Comfortable, homely atmosphere and great food - it is so wonderful to find vegan and gluten-free food that is healthy and also delicious! I loved the muffin- not too sweet and really tasted. Look at it!

MAKING GLUTEN-FREE AND VEGAN IN SANTA FE EASY! Thank you? The Mole' Veggie Burger is perfectly delish, and the deserts are so yum. Homemade coconut yogurt!!! The smoothies! So glad you guys are here...???
