Little Caesars Pizza - Santa Fe

Worst service in the whole entire world I literally been three times in the past 2 weeks and had to sit in The drive-thru with no one in front of me or behind me for anywhere from 10 to 15 minutes saying while they just keep saying hold on every time I've been here it's been the same situation I end up driving off with no food If there was a negative five stars that's what they would get

The entire time this store has been open, never once have they ever answered the phone. On top of that the wait time is always an hour if i go in person, for little Cesar's, come on lol. This store clearly doesn't want customers, forget fast easy and cheap, it's just cheap. Don't waste your time, unless you have plenty of time to waste.

The Pizza I ordered for pickup wasn't ready until 20 minutes after it was scheduled to be ready. When I tried to go in to get my pizza, the doors were liked and I was waved around to the drive-thru. Where I had to wait another 20 minutes, while my pizza got overly steamed in the warming rack. I finally was handed my pizza 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Then I got home to find an unevenly cooked pizza, that was made with the wrong sauce. I ordered pretzel crust with pizza sauce (confirmed on my receipt) but got cheese sauce instead, and white under-cooked crust, with no salt. not much of a pretzel crust. The crust had been steamed so long in the warming tray that it was rubbery and chewy. one of the worst pizza's I've ever received.

I picked up a pizza today and it looked old I complained and the guy told me that if I wanted another one I had to wait 10 min for a new one.I said that’s fine I’ll wait. I parked on the front to wait for a new one and he came out 5 min later saying that it was ready but I got home and noticed he either gave me the same old pizza or another old one bad service!

I've never had problems here. Drive through is a bit wonky when combined with the other businesses at the location.
