Lotus Dumpling House - Santa Fe

Great food. Decided to try this place for the first time and was impressed. I ordered the Japanese beef curry and pan fried beef dumplings and they were both super tasty. The curry was hearty and packed with flavor. The dumpling sauces do it in reallywell the chili oil especially was my favorite. Plan to come back to try more of their menu

The food is incredible here! Fresh and delicious. We tried lamb and chicken dumplings, and pork and vegetable buns. The bibimbap, scallion pancakes, and zucchini pockets were amazing also! And that sauce...I could drink it, it was so good. Theowner is just lovely. We felt so welcome.

We come here every time we're in Santa Fe. We've even driven 30 minutes out of our way just to come to Lotus Dumpling House. It's a very unassuming spot, the food comes on paper plates, but it's the best food we've found in Santa Fe.

Lotus is great! The owner Lian is very friendly and loves to talk about food. The dumplings are cooked perfectly with the right amount of skirt on them. This dumpling shop also has an organic cosmetics store in it with high quality products!

Do you like to buy products from #bossbabes and #honbots while snacking on meh dumplings and fried to the crisp scallion pancakes (there were noscallions). My husband got the house special dumplings and they said they were OK. I was just too distracted by the fullskincare marketplace that was the backdrop of our dining experience to enjoy my chicken dumplings. I take it that most of theirbusiness comes from doordash or grubhub with most customers never seeing the inside of the odd restaurant . But as they say,once you see you cannot un-see.
