Raaga Go - Santa Fe

After eating in probably hundreds of Indian restaurants throughout America/Europe/Asia (Indian cuisine is my favorite I will say that this is one of my favorite! amazing eating with creative use of a unique cook! I come here to santa fe and plan my visit to maximize my ability to have Indian food here: true Indian aromes (do not expect from American Indian food: just love it!

I passed this place yesterday, my first day of two, visited by albuquerque and he got me the eye. I had two nights in two different marriotts, the courtyard and la posada, because my man and I messed up the reservation. that made me wander for hours in the streets of santa fe, shopping and going and at the time I checked in, I was exhausted, could not think directly or make decisions clear. I went through countless other restaurant menus trying to find out what to do, felt no more like going, just wanted to enjoy the beautiful cooking pool here and my beautiful room. So I went with this place and ordered the spinach kofta. it does not disappoint! I am more of a light esser, dear vegetarian food, descent, salate, but this is a destiny, served with rice and it comes with these incredible noodles that have kartoffels and many crumbled and seasoned. it's so delicious! I bought it with tomato and a bit of sea salt and vinegar chips with some maya sea salt I bought here at savory spice. what a beautiful meal. I ordered by door dash, made a bath in the pool and it was delivered directly to me to enjoy the comfort of my terrace with a beautiful glass chardonnay. perfect! highly recommended. medium flavors were just right for someone who can absorb a little warmth, but still wants to taste that. I couldn't be happier. Raaga-go about door dash. wonderful experience!

A friend called and wanted to order a dinner for me as a special gift. she asked what my favorite meal is and Raaga-Go afghani chicken tikki was my answer. delicious! Chef paddy and his crew are delightful and the eating is wonderful, portions are great and feed me for 2 meals and the taste is divine. I love going to Raaga-Go to get and go early so I can take the aromatic flavor. I recommend this very popular restaurant.

Best Food in Santa Fe. This is one of those reviews where the title says it all, which is impressive given the high level restaurants need to achieve on a consistent bases in Santa Fe in order to survive. My wife and I have two places in Santa Fe we go no matter how brief our trip may be and this is one of them. (So not to leave you curious the other is Kakawa Chocolate House. All of the food we've had here it amazing and Chef Paddy is entertaining and a delight to visit with as he whips up whatever you may have ordered. Worth going to, you will have an great time and enjoy some delicious food!

The nicest man in the restaurant business,great tasting food at very reasonable prices for a top chef, I can see why he beat Bobby Flay and not many people do. If your looking for something out of the ordinary then you have to try Raaga-go. Thank you chef Paddy Rawal for a great meal and a memorable experience in Santa Fe.
