Sabor Peruano - Santa Fe

What a great little eatery in DeVargas Center in Santa Fe! I had a chicken and a beef empanada (light and yummy), and flan and alfajores (Peruvian shortbread cookie). OMG...I LOVED the alfajores!! Go check it out. A wonderful little place!!

Small restaurant in a Peruvian gift shop. Authentic and flavorful. Must order the lomo saltado. Their special weekend shrimp soup was also very delicious. Some items (photos) on the menu did not have prices and was a tad pricier than expected. Overall good experience.

Had a lovely afternoon repast there, the empanadas and the causa rellena were both fantastic, as was the flan. Super nice owner, peruvian food is made out of magic and love o think. Such a wonderful cuisine.

Definitely would recommend eating here! We ate off the vegan menu and had lots of options. Everything was plated beautiful and had rich strong flavors. My favorite was the Palta Rellena (stuffed avocado). We even had vegan dessert!

Amazing food! Tradicional peruano flavor, I’ve never tried food this good, the owner was so sweet and attentive, definitely will come back!!
