Taco Bell - Santa Fe

This restaurant has really declined in quality. I'm not sure where they are hiring their staff from, but they really need to do a better job of finding better workers. Today, I placed a simple order for a medium Coke, large ice tea, two soft tacos, and one burrito. How hard is that to get right? The server even asked if I wanted sauce, to which I replied yes. However, I was given a medium Coke (with no ice and completely flat), a large ice tea (with no ice and lukewarm), two soft tacos (one was fine, but the other had about half the amount of beef and no lettuce or cheese), and a burrito (without any cheese). To make matters worse, I did not receive any sauce packets and did not receive a receipt. I attempted to call and speak to a manager, but the phone had been busy for over an hour. I eventually gave up trying. The employees at this establishment are completely incompetent.

This Taco Bell is the dirtiest I have ever visited. The bathroom had no toilet paper and every table was filthy. Food quality rated 2 out of 5.

Absolutely! I am a victim of gun violence in ABQ and moved to Sfe with what I can carry. I have a job and a place to live and I'm attending SFCC. It's so nice to be back and be welcomed by your friendly staff!Food: 5/5

Worst Taco bell ever. I guess I should have known better the last time i went they messed up my order. This time i went for lunch spent 35 minutes in line. I ordered 3 steak taco Supremes. Got my order and left. Get to wrk and i have 1 ground beef taco and a burrito. I called and they were rude and dismissive. Last time going there.Food: 1/5
