Terra Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado

We had a lovely evening at Terra dining with friends...The service was excellent, the setting ambience was quiet and serene and the cuisine was outstanding. This is one of our favorites in the Santa Fe area!

Absolutely wonderful experience! We had a larger party and were seated in the private dining area. Everything was wonderful!

It's all about the food ! Everything was superb. Never had a lamb chop so good ! Desserts are special. Service tried hard, but obvious staff is shorthanded. Expensive, but they provide top notch stuff

For a Four Seasons property it felt like it was lacking. We ordered wine and they brought out the wrong bottles. At one point we weren’t sure who was our server. We waited a long time in between ordering and receiving our food. At the end our server asked us to remind him what wines we ordered. Everything took longer than expected and it felt like a crowded applebees but it was a not crowded four seasons. If you end up in Santa Fe try any good restaurant but Terra. Food was good but Anasazi at Rosewood was multiple times better for service and quality.

The food was excellent every course. We shared a kale Caesar salad and a cheese board. The salad was great and the cheese board was substantial a lot for two. We both had the sea bass entre and it was cooker perfectly. Service was attentive but not intrusive. They made a small mistake bringing our entrees too soon, but recovered beautifully by preparing from scratch when we had time to finish the cheese board. It is not an inexpensive restaurant, but its a good value for the quality of the food, service and ambience.
