Feedback gevenWent thru the drive thru on December 19 at 12:13 pm and a rude drive thru worker gave me attitude for her incompetence. She forgot to put caramel in my caramel mocha frappe then argues with me saying that I never ordered that. Once she corrected the order I thanked her and she closed the window in my face without saying anything.If you get an order wrong, simply fix it instead of blaming the customer.The worker in question was a pale looking girl, couldn’t catch her name.
This is my favorite Starbucks in the world!!Best service, fast, and friendly. The workers here always make my drink to perfection!
What can I say... This is, by far, my most favorite Starbucks spot. Everyone here is super friendly and professional. Thank you Nemo, Jane, Sam, Josh, and a few of you that I don't your name yet!! You are all AWESOME!! Jane, you make my day each time Thank you for your kind notes on my drinks and food. I love coming here for my morning fuel Quad Espresso and oatmeal.
The quality of the drinks here are always well below average. I would go to another location. They need to make sure quality control is top priority.
Staff is usually so polite and I go out of my way for this Starbucks unfortunately today I encountered a drive thru person who doesn't have basic manners unfortunately will need to call corporate to complain about Tanya or Allison (name was on my croissant this morning)... have no basic customer service skills and were trying to school me on drive thru etiquette even tho she didn't witness anything and wasn't present even tried telling me that there were kids in the car if the woman behind me that were crying because of me... how does she know that? Disgusting behavior and hopefully will not need to go to this drive thru anymore some people need to be nice or call out of work if they're not in the mood to service customers
