Lady taking drive thru orders is waaaaay too loud that it actually hurt my ear. The manager leave much to be desired when it comes to customer service. She started yelling at me because I was rude while being upset. I have been there many times and everyone else knows how to speak at a normal tone and I’ve told them they have a pleasant voice. I will never go there again.The corporate would be better off to replace them.
So I went in this morning and requested a quad which is four shots of espresso on ice. I asked for five pumps of vanilla with a side of sweet cream and the drive-through tried the charge me for .70 for milk which I didn’t ask for however I get this drink every day the cost for the quad is .3.90 the five pumps of vanilla .80 And the side of sweet cream 1.25 Totals out to .5.90 Tell me why she wanted to charge me 7.25 I told her that was incorrect. She was admin and rude and told me to be quiet and let her speak. I will never go here again, this barista needs to learn how to charge people
Starbucks wherever you consume it will always be the same quality, if you don't speak English it is a little difficult to order but other than that
There's a supervisor here that pretends its not busy from 8-2pm so she can study for some negative credits never ending psychology major by the corner.. has unopened books sitting next to her all day kind of weird .. looks like she works for Wendy's . Behavior therapists hiring entry
