I am very grateful that this place uses local aged cheeses, some of them surpassing quality and aroma to those from the old world. The service was on point, the plating was honest without the annoyance of the whole Raclette/fondue set, the music was enjoyable with the perfect volume to have a conversation. I'm looking forward to visiting their cheese farm! I hope the remove the big screen TV that takes away for the nicely decorated bistro look. I bet they can use a ceiling hung projector.. but that's me being an annoying designer
