Hot Dog On A Stick - Santa Maria

This location is located in the town center mall east near sears (food court) this location is fast and has a lot of lunch items on the menu to satisfy those in a hurry with only 30 minutes to lunch. there are plenty of seats in this area and is very close to the three level park structure closest to the county courts buildings. there is a large communal swimming pool, accessible to disabled persons and suitable for nursing mothers and children. the town center mall east is centrally located with easy access to the city and the 101 autobahn.

The girls were rude. When i walked up they asked me what i wanted and when i took literally 10 seconds to look over the menu she asked me what i wanted in a condescending voice. The lady who made my order was very nice tho.

I would give 0 stars if possible. The audacity of the employees there was just out of this world. My friend ordered fries and they were both cold and stale. When I asked if they could remake them for her, the employee gave me a look that could kill and within less than a minute she called out our name once more with such hatred in both her tone and facial expression. The fries were not better at all, they went from cold to hard as if she just dumped the same fries for a few seconds to please us. If the fries were heated properly to start with, this would have been another great trip. Yet those two girls were by far the worst I've dealt with in fast food service.

Erika was my cashier. She seemed to not be trained properly and she started preclosing at 4 when the store closes at 8. She was in the back when i arrived and didn't wash her hands when she made my food. The hotdogs were dry and were made differently then usual. The lemonade jugs were also less then half way empty. She didn't ask me about my rewards points and while working with customers she repeatedly wiped her face without washing her hands afterwards.The front of the store also did not look as clean as it should be.

I recently went here and If I could give it 0 stars I would. Jovanna was our cashier and she has no sort of customer service at all. Rolled her eyes every time we were ordering. Never coming back. Hope the eye rolls were worth it because you lost customers.
