Ming Dynasty - Santa Maria

I have discovered santa marias' freshest, best tasting, Chinese food buffet! in a small shopping center that they may miss, but it is worth finding! first, it looks good to eat. Colorful, fresh looking and steaming hot in smaller dishes, which are refilled every few minutes. the server were busy bringing food in and out of the busy kitchen. first I was super bright, salt and whipped green beans. these of themselves were so delicious I could have eaten up with only this one stack of plates. second, I stacked a plate of sauteed, baby mushrooms. Finally, I had a crispy side of fresh sawed cauliflower with sprinkled carrots and bambus shoots. for meat there were great look and tasting of bark and brokkoli (the bark was plump, tender and juicy)! I had very good kung Pao chicken and a crispy orange bark. there are numerous seafood dishes, among them very fresh tasty garnels, which are prepared in various ways, including with vegetables, fried and tempura scattered. there was a bowl of good looking snow basket that I saw that several people took part. I enjoyed the slender tempoura garnel! I also had a good portion of chow mine and found it was light and fresh. there is a table of Chinese suppen and rice dishes and a rather unmolest looking salatbar. there is a small but beautiful looking desertable with very good Chinese style obst and coffee aromatizes sponge cake. it was so light and slightly sweet, I had to have 4 pieces! .there is also a soft serve machine and melted chocolate fountains that look fun to see children go up check. the server were nice and came by to see if I liked eating and told me to get more! overall, so surprising, stumble on such good tasting Chinese food! it is my new favorite place for Chinese food!

We went to dinner today. the place was quiet, but the service was great. there was so much food and everything was hot and delicious. the bar was full of food, everything was on camp. Thank you. price was excellent not expensive.

Great buffet and menu selection! it was all really fresh, and the taste was all on the place! our service was also excellent, especially the server, desiree. who have gone out of her and made our experience even better!

I just arrived when they opened. the buffet was full of camps, beautiful selection of options, appealing presentation, eating at expected temperatures and attentive service. the restroom was clean and well maintained. parking was simple and plentiful. not complaining.

Great options for food on the buffet lots of different meat veggie dishes. Decent price for a buffet $17 for dinner). There's also the option to order off of the menu. The staff are all very nice. Plus they pour nicely sized glasses of wine.....
