Feedback gevenLa cena de ayer fue una experiencia excelente. Nada más llegar te recibe Bruno, el dueño, chef y camarero con una sonrisa y , a partir de aquí, todo es sorpresa. Desde el vino que él mismo te elige, a cada aperitivo y plato que va apareciendo en la mesa, a cada cual más exquisito y sorprendente. El ambiente es relajante, cercano, te da la sensación que estás en casa cenando con unos amigos. Abrimos boca con un vermut “Atalanta de bodegas Barbadillo” y la fiesta de sabores comenzó: Desde el tartar de atún, la sardina ahumada, alcachofa en flor coronado con foie, y como plato principal un steak tartar con huevo en pan de brioche y rabo de toro Toda una experiencia gastronómica que regamos con un chardonnay de bodegas SOMMOS, un reserva Monte Ondina, y finalizamos con un gewurztraminer Dulce super bueno Gracias Bruno, nos hiciste pasar una noche mágica Es un placer haber cenado en tu casa. Un lugar sin duda para repetir y recomendar mucho Sería un pecado estando en la zona no pasar por el restauraré de la Posada de la Lola

Conocíamos el restaurante desde hacía mucho tiempo. Mi hermana Rosanna era amiga del dueño. Pero por circunstancias, nunca habíamos ido. Hasta hace unos meses, que fuimos a cenar con unos amigos. Y me encanto. Y ayer, repetimos con mi hijo. La comida, perfecta. El servicio inmejorable. Volveremos.
