Busby's West - Santa Monica

The most horrific experience ever, those people are rude, tremendously rude I will never go to that place again, treat us like trash even though we had been there like 3 hours and spend more then 3k, unfortunately I couldn’t get pictures of the guy in the bar he was the most an unprofessional peoples on busby near and grill! What a shame!

Very nice people with good service but the food and drinks are not good. Limited selection of cocktails. No ****** Marys.

I had the misfortune of visiting this dreadful bar and encountering the most incompetent waitress named Madison. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was dingy and depressing, with sticky floors and a stench that made my stomach turn.Madison greeted me with a fake smile and took my order, only to completely forget about it and leave me waiting for over half an hour. When my drink finally arrived, it was watered down and tasted like sewage.Throughout the night, Madison managed to mess up every single order at my table, causing chaos and frustration among the patrons. She was rude, unapologetic, and clearly had no idea what she was doing.To top it all off, the bar itself was poorly stocked and overpriced, with limited drink options and subpar quality. The music was too loud, the lighting was terrible, and the overall vibe was just plain unpleasant.I would strongly advise anyone considering visiting this bar to steer clear and save themselves the headache of dealing with Madison and her incompetence. This place is an absolute disgrace and should be shut down immediately.

Had the beef bean chilli for a snack while having a couple of beers on a cold night. The meal was delivered only just warm and I asked the very friendly waitress if I could have it warmed up. The meal was brought back and was very hot obviously microwaved. The chilli was bland and watery and luckily I requested some hot sauce to give it a bit of flavour. Good atmosphere and service.

Cool little west side bar restaurant and gaming room. Good vibes nice service and good food. Also not expensive compared to the area.
