Local Kitchen Wine - Santa Monica

This is a great place to eat with fantastic quality. only four stars, because it is a bit too expensive for what it is. the heated outdoor terrace is really fabulous.

Large restaurant with a raised atmosphere with a fun atmosphere and incredible cocktails. in covid it has a large, heated outdoor area that is super safe and covered. the pizzas and the huh are one.

Beautifully designed restaurant, cozy and well lit. eating is delicious, especially the Ceasar salad. the perfect ingredients and taste.

Really disappointed by our experience on the other day. we have eaten at least 15 times in the course of the years at local and have enjoyed the experience in general that made our last experience all the more disappointing. we made a drink on Wednesday at 4:30 a.m. we wanted to sit in the inn where we wanted to be outside, but not directly on the road. as far as we could see, there were only 2 other customers in the restaurant, so not busy with any means. the host refused to sit in the court, unless we agreed to buy dinner and our only options were to sit on the bar or on the street. we rested on being there for only one drink or two, and perhaps one appetizer that she reacted to that there is nothing she could do. Perhaps the 5 pm dinner is eile for local big, but in general we were really disappointed about how we were treated, especially more often than not, our drinks are developing to dinner. we went and drove to another place where our drinks were going to dinner and probably not return to local.

Excellent pizza, real wood fired oven, tasty mixed drinks, friendly staff, really good food all around highly recommend this spot. Nice interior and outdoor seating as well. Will definitely return to try some more food.
