Randy's Donuts - Santa Monica

Walked in at 6pm wanted a dozen and i asked which ones are the freshest? The server told me all the donuts were made this morning. Seriously you have the audacity to charge 4 bucks a donut thats been sitting around for 11 hours? That is your standard? You actually take pride in this? Wow you sure dont deserve any stars...

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! We had them delivered and not only were we missing donuts, but we paid a $6 delivery fee and $4 tip. The box is sealed, so the delivery driver is not at fault and was gone before we could check the box. We tried calling the number they leave in case of issues, and it is IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a live person. Every option leads to a VM box that says they will get back to you in 1 to 2 business days. Unreal. So we were charged for donuts we did not get, delivery fee, tip, etc. $25 for 5 donuts. Their customer service is F

Randy 's provides consistently good donuts with a wide selection. I highly recommend getting the Randy 's donut rounds forlarge orders, parties or office snacks since there are a large variety and are the perfect size for snacking (not as large as their donuts and not as small as normal donut holes).
