Decent Santa Monica brunch spot for some cool and unique coffee, but the food misses the mark.I came here on Mother's Day to a super long backed up line and ordered a few items for me and my mom. The Ube latte and a refreshing mojito were the first two things we ordered as well as two breakfast items. The latte and the drink came out first and were both delicious. The Ube flavor wasn't super strong but was there and tasted great. Unfortunately, the food took over 45 min to come out. The place was packed but for a simple omelette and a few pieces of vegetables and bacon to come out, 45 min is too much. The food on arrival wasn't really the best either even though it had been plated well. Eggs were dry and bacon was too chewy. Some things were under seasoned and some were over seasoned. Overall it was a big mess.I would come back here for the coffee but wouldn't think twice about sitting down and eating.

Overall a satisfying brunch. Food was pretty good and at a fair price. Serving sizes are large! Lemon ricotta pancakes were fluffy and had plenty of lemon flavor. Steak sandwich was just OK, I thought the steak was a little over cooked and the bread could have been toasted more. Overall, I would return to try more menu items, since the service and convenience were great.

Cozy brunch spot that offers both indoor and outdoor seatings. Free parking is available at the back. Pancakes were amazing, fries were crispy, although I did wish the sandwich was more toasted. I look forward to trying more items here.

Great time spent. Came here for bottomless mimosas! Would recommend this spot if you're looking to get your drinks in. You place your order first then pick a table. Service was amazing. They were good about filling up mimosas. There was never a time when my glass was empty. Food was alright, the chilaquiles were decent. Missing punchy flavor. Would try other items.

The chilaquiles took quite a while to arrive, but they were delicious. However, the tortilla chips became quite soggy. I noticed many patrons enjoying the bottomless mimosas. You place your order at the counter and there's open seating available. Plus, there's a free parking lot behind the building. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5.
