Good burgers and great location. Fun people watching while burger eating!

This is the only place I will eat a burger. Their burgers are by far some of the best I've ever had. Their service is a little shotty however as 9/10 they somehow mess up our order when we order to go. Not as bad in person. Not sure what is going on and I hope they figure it out!

The manager was only one actually assisting most of the people there so it took a little to order food and it was worth the wait. She is really nice and burger was amazing.

Good burger (we chose the Mr America) a bit pricy as sides are extra but ok for the location close to santa monica pier.Service was unfortunately not good, only one person for all tables, first ignored for 15 min, another 15 min to get the drinks, the ordered water was never served, when the burger was served instead of 2 pink 2 non pink 1 pink 3 non pink were served, onion rings were forgotten and took 5 min extra and when we were asking for the bill 20% tips were already added, when confronting the waitress she claimed it was by mistake, but being tourists it felt like we were easy victims. Waitress overall was friendly at least.
