El Pescador - Santa Paula

My family and I have experimented here about 4 times, and each time the food and service has been excellent. We are picky eaters, especially when it comes to Mexican food. My carne asada soft taco combination was thoroughly satisfying down to the last bite. My only wish is for the carne asada to have some juice to it, but overall I cannot complain. A delicious cup of soup always welcomes us after we order. The cheese enchilada, beans and rice and small side salad w/a dollap of guacamole, all come with the dish. My family members have tried the carnitas, and the shrimp dinners, all have been more than pleased, actually impressed. The only downfall about the restaurant is the loudness, almost too loud to have a normal conversation. T.V.’s do not belong in restaurants, and I wish restaurants could open their minds more to what real dining is all about. Loud t.v., loud music, and the acoustics play off of all the other normal noises in a restaurant.

I love their lunch menu. This last time I had a couple tacos and ceviche toastada. Reasonably priced, you really can't go wrong here.

Best Mexican Seafood Restaurant around! The Ceviche and Shrimp Soup are my favorites. You can't go wrong with anything you order from here.

This was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Santa Paula CA hands down! All the food was fresh and the wonderful people that work here are awesome and very accommodating, friendly and helpful! Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! I can’t wait to come back again! Thanks for making this such a pleasant experience! If you are looking for a place to eat look no further! You won’t regret it!

The food is very tasty and delicious. Great customer service. However you're going to pay the price. I understand that fish products are more expensive however I only ordered 2 orders of AquaChiles and it was $50 a little pricey for appetizers.
