Jack In The Box - Santa Rosa

As I am typing this, I?m stuck on a Sunday night in a drive thru that had at most 7 cars, for over 37 minutes. You might as well slap my face, the owners of this franchise, because that?s how it feels like.

You might want to check the integrity of you soda cups. I went through the drive thru and was handed a small soda which when i grabbed it the cup collapsed in my hand and the top came off and the soda spilled on my seat and consul which now is stained. Inall my years of going through a fast food dive thru this is the first time that happen .

Drive through wait time is crazy long. My car almost over heated we waited so long. There were only 4 cars in front of me.

The manager was very uninformed about what food he has and very rude. He would not give me any hot water for my coffee, the bathrooms were filthy dirty, the door would not even shut on the ladies bathroom. The food was horrible. The manager's name who served Was Heriberto who should be gone immediately!!!!

They didn't have what I wanted and what I got wasn't worth eating. These days overworked service providers are seldom able to work up a smile or a decent hello but I don't know that I can blame them.
