I love the booths the are high and private, perfect for dates and or gossiping. The price was very fair. The food was ok, not amazing or over the top but very good. Drinks. They had the yummiest fruity sakes. We got the strawberry and he pineapple flavors and shared. Both were good but we both like the strawberry.
It is interesting and fun to have food delivered by a sushi train, and there is a robot that wanders around talking but doesn't seem to do much of anything else. This was our second time there. A couple of years ago we had no complaints. However, this time it was not so nice. Ordering is done with a touch screen tablet. That touch screen tablet and it's holder hadn't been washed they were filthy. I noticed that when tables turned around there was a quick wipe of the table by the busser, but no attention was paid to the touch screen tablet that that every customer has to handle to order food. I found it kind of gross. To get the attention of servers, it's necessary to wave one down as they walk by. Tapping the button on the tablet to request service got a response about 15 minutes later. Again, to signal that we wanted a server we had to use the filthy touch screen. My daughter's and I ordered ramen. All three bowls of ramen werr overcooked and the noodles were sticky blobs. The flavor was good, but the noodles were basically inedible.Overall it's a fun place to visit to see a robot roll around chatting and flashing lights, and have some food delivered automatically. But if you're interested in good ramen go someplace else.
A high-tech sushi restaurant with robots roaming around, tablets to order on, and a train to deliver food! I called about 15 minuted before arriving and was seated immediately when I got there. The staff was friendly and attentive. Although you need to order your rolls, this is the closest Santa Rosa has to the Kura sushi franchise restaurants. A bit pricier than other sushi places in town, but no complaints on how the food tastes. Food came out fairly quickly and was delivered in style on the train. Overall, not bad!
Pretty fun sushi experience, came here for the robots and racing sushi! Robot seats you and you order all from iPad at table, and orders come speeding on track next to table, teenager loved it! Decent amount of vegan options (sushi) sadly the ramen isn't vegan (made with egg noodle). There's a bar seating area and booths, comfy, cool spot to check out!
I love this place. The food is always enjoyable and the service is above exceptional. On my wife's birthday I picked up takeout for a little stay home family movie night and they actually gave me a little card to give to her. Super sweet.Kid-friendliness: My kid loves the robot which delivers the bill.
