Panda Express - Santa Rosa

Staff here are fantastic. You're doing a great job. 5 stars for employees. I'm not a big fan of the brand. Overall, their recipes are not almost as good as the food from say Lili Kai in Petaluma. Lili Kai is a 5-star restaurant. Panda Express is a solid 4.

Drive thru. Order a plate meal only got chow main and and rice. With very little 2 main dishes. Somebody forgot to give the main dishes. Been going here for over a year. I will start looking now at my food before driving away. And causing back ups.

This place is the worst their customer service sucks! We arrive here 10 mins before closing and they refuse to serve us. Don’t put your closing time up if you aren’t going to honor it. The over weight lady told us no weee not serving anymore we asked why and she said “because we are closed!” There was 10 mins left!!! How about closing when you say you are closing and clean up after your hours of operation are done. Worst experience ever!! Management needs to focus on better training because this is completely unacceptable! Learn how to treat your customers!!!

Food is never fresh. There wasn’t any taste in any of them. We ordered four different varieties but none of them were taste good even chowmain. It happened to me multiple times. Since it’s close to my house I go there but always regretted. One from Mendocino Ave is so much better than this one. Is it your cook or don’t get fresh food items? NEVER going back to Stony Point location again.

There's a reason this place has terrible reviews. They treat customers like crao and blame delivery drivers for them giving out the wrong food order to them. When I called to sort out how I had someone else's food they blamed the driver and said her grabbed a bag and left but when I asked about my food they first said they never got my order, then when I gave them the receipt number said they did and finally when I asked if my food was still there then they said it wasn't and again blamed the driver. So somehow my order wasn't there, but was and disappeared but not their fault.
