This place is absolutely adorable! The seating is outdoors, and whether it's day or night, the atmosphere is charming, featuring succulents, large trees, and lovely patio string lights. We ordered our food to-go, and it was definitely worth the 15-minute wait they informed us about. The chef excels at making the chicken light and crispy. While everyone raves about the waffle sandwiches, for me, the standout dish was the fries! They were fantastic both with and without the aioli. We enjoyed them so much that we ordered another serving. You can really tell that the chef is passionate about her work and is genuinely friendly. If you visit on a Sunday, make sure to try the beignets—they're delightfully fluffy! This hidden gem is definitely worth a return visit.

Absolutely delicious! I'm from Louisiana and spent 15 years living in New Orleans! The beignets here are completely authentic in every way—shape, texture, and flavor! They are the only ones I've had that truly remind me of home! The Chicken Waffle sandwich is also fantastic! Oh my, it’s both tasty and filling! It’s unlike anything I’ve ever eaten, and trust me, I know good food coming from Louisiana!

I believe that great food takes time, so I recommend placing your order online at least 30 minutes in advance. Their specialty is fried chicken served on a waffle that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. You can customize it with add-ons like cheese, bacon, and Bleu cheese. I would definitely eat here again, but next time I’ll make sure to order online.
