This restaurant used to be great, but now it's awful. There are only 2 registers open and lines stretching down the aisles. Ever since Amazon took over, it has lost its friendly neighborhood feel. I used to go 1-2 times a day, but now it sucks. The employees are still nice and helpful, but the upper management is clearly failing at staffing.
I have bought 3 cantaloupes in the past week and all of them were terrible. They were unripe and tasteless mush. I believe most people just end up throwing them away, which is a waste of money and food. It is unacceptable to sell such bad melons, especially at such high prices. Someone should be checking the quality of the melons before putting them out for customers. People do not have the time to return spoiled produce. In my opinion, this is a disservice to the public. From now on, I will be shopping at Oliver's where they offer quality fruit and vegetables at a more reasonable price. Shame on you for selling inferior products!
Well I still shop at Whole Foods but I lament the changes that Jeff made every time I visit. It was so great to have a buffet that was organic! Now almost any of the prepared food you buy is not organic. And be careful in the produce isles because a lot of stuff is non-organic like any Safeway but more expensive? Sure has lost a lot of its luster.
Poor experience ... went in today to get soap... got three pre-packed packages and got three single bars. I placed the individual soaps in a bag from the display. Clerk rang up the three pre-packaged soaps. Then rang up the individual bars as a weighted item. Upon checking my receipt I noticed the error and brought it to the clerks attention, who became annoyed and informed me I used the wrong bag . Instead of taking care of her mistake, She grabbed my receipt and my items and walked toward customer service without a word to me. She tossed my items on the desk and told the CS Clerk they were in the wrong bag to fix it. He proceeded to give me the wrong refund back. At this point I requested a refund for the full amount and was again given the wrong amount. After the third attempt i finally got the right amount of change. Failure: not owning their mistake and not able to do basic math. Oh and did I mention not even an apology. Shame on you Whole Foods.
