FOOW - SANTA ROSA BEACH

We made a reservation for an outdoor table at sunset, but upon arrival, we were informed that they do not reserve outdoor tables. The receptionist was unfriendly and unapologetic about the mix-up. Despite this, we reluctantly stayed and were seated at a table near a window where we could only see other guests enjoying the sunset. The food did not meet our expectations, especially considering we have been visiting this restaurant for 25 years. Our waiter was excellent, but overall, we will not be returning to this establishment. The manager was rude and did not offer any apologies for the inconvenience. We will be sure to share our negative experience with our friends in Nashville who frequent this restaurant.

This was our third time dining at this restaurant. The food and service have consistently been good. However, I was a bit disappointed with my most recent visit. I ordered the special entree without asking questions, which included four jumbo shrimp, a couple slices of bok choy, and brown rice for $45. While the dish was tasty, I found it to be overpriced. It would have been more suitable as an appetizer.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary by having dinner at this restaurant. From the ambiance to the food, everything was top-notch! I have also enjoyed their breakfast in the past, which was also excellent. I can't wait to dine here again for both breakfast and dinner on our next trip!

We love this restaurant. We only come to florida every few years but it is our favorite place for special family gatherings.

FOOW needs some new blood. We have had much better meals. Maybe it was an off night. Still a fabulous space. And innovative food.
