Bragado's - Santana

The service here is terrible and the food pretty flavourless. We came on a not very busy evening and when we arrived the staff were sat down drinking wine and seemed quite reluctant to seat us. We sat outside and waited an age for someone to serve us, when we were finally served it was quite brusque and no mention was made of the choices of accompaniment on the menu. The food when it finally arrived was quite dry and flavourless (my partner’s tuna steak) and very rare and grisly (my steak kebab). We had to go in to ask about desserts and coffee. While we were there some local girls came to sit outside to eat and had to go in 3 times to ask to be able to order. After waiting 1/2 hour, they gave up and went somewhere else. I wish we had.

Friendly cafe with a nice lunchtime menu. Helpful staff. Clean and good value. Internal and external seating. Perfect pit stop.

The worst restaurant in whole Madeira. We ordered food but they forgot about us. When we reminded the waiter 2 times that we are still waiting for our food he just nodded. Overall, after waiting for our food 40 minutes we just leave! THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!

Très bon repas à un prix très abordable! Encore un sourire et on est en haut ! Je recommande cet établissement si vous passez.

5*. Does super generosas, grande cuidado, comida saborosa e um bom ambiente. O milho frito é ótimo e o espeto foi o melhor que comi na Madeira. Eu recomendo a todos
