Jack In The Box - Santee

I drove about 7 a.m. through the car drive and they were busy, but I got my breakfast order in about Five minutes, the fastest I've seen lately.

Nothing like a Jumbo Jack with Cheese!! Fast easy and good and cheap. The only reason I'm giving it a 4 star rating is they forgot to put ketchup in the bag.

This Jack in the Box has been here for as long as I can remember. We never went to JIB when I was a kid. As an adult I feel they've had there ups and downs, it use to be the night crew was always sad, no personality, rude, like they hated there job. I use to think JIB was a bad company to work for the way the employees acted. Now it seems to be hit or miss. Nothing special about this location and no one employee stands out as having Any customer service. I will however go here again and recommend Jack in box in general.

It has been quite some time since I came across a Jack in the Box that consistently delivers high-quality food, but I’ve had a wonderful experience at the Santee location over the past three months. Each visit has left me very satisfied with both the service and the excellent food, which is prepared to perfection. Despite being a busy location, they are quick and efficient. I want to highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Diana and the rest of the team.

This Jack in the Box offers excellent service, and the interior is generally quite clean. The staff is friendly and patient, especially considering that it tends to get busy after work hours.
