Mcdonald's - Santee

This McDonald’s ripped me off I went to curbside and ordered a sundae. It took so long for them to bring it out I left due to an emergency but I was still charged for it. I've tried getting a refund from the app but I'm getting the run around. I have Decided I'm not going to ever eat at McDonald’s again. They are slow and incompetent of doing their job correctly.

Got my order wrong. Ordered a sausage egg biscuit with cheese and got a chicken sandwich? Ordered an orange juice, and got watered down, what I think was orange juice. It was so weak it was more like colored water. How inept can employees be. And they want all this money paid to them so they can get orders wrong! Try getting it right first and the money comes later.

This service. Here is awful. It is the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

This Santee, SC McDonalds has issues obviously. Twice we’ve gone through the drive thru and a person said go ahead to order We ordered but then no person responded! Then a woman came on and said just a moment we sat and sat no response so we left and went to Wendy’s. Great service there!

Horrible. They take 8 orders from the 1st drive thru and 1 from the 2nd drive thru. Wendys is right down the road. Save yourself 20 minutes and a bad experience.
