Starbucks - Santee

I ordered a Grande Mocha Cookie frap with EXTRA Carmel and they didn?t put ANY Carmel in the cup. I said something and tried handing them the drink back to fix it and they said all they could do was give me a separate cup with Carmel in it. If I paid for the extra Carmel why can?t you take the time out of your day and make me a new drink with Carmel inside the cup.

The drive through was full but quick. I ordered my coffee on the app and it was ready on time and made perfectly as ordered. The upbeat young man who took my order sincerely enjoyed sharing positive vibes and bringing a smile to my face, which got my busy day off to a great start. I don't live in that neighborhood, but I'll be back!

Best Starbucks around. Drive-through is quick even when busy. Drinks are always mase well, whether warm or iced.

The food and drink options are what you'd expect from a Starbucks. The drinks are good, and the food is good. The baristas here have messed up on my drinks twice, but they remade them very quickly.
