We were great! welcomed impeccably by the owner and all its employees. the room was spacious, bright and with all comforts (hot whirlpool and two saunas). our dog was well accepted and long trips to the immense hotel kept made it very happy. a special appreciation for the great food and its service. Very beautiful and welcoming location.. maximum love for detail, excellent cleanliness and elite restaurant, local products of excellent quality. highly recommended

A star is too much! I contacted the property a month ago to book a stay with smartbox, for me and my family. herr domenico asked me for all dates and my contacts to confirm the reservation. the day before my stay I called out if everything was confirmed and if the check-in time was the same. I was told by herrn domenico that the facility was closed and that the reservation was cancelled, he even made an apology for an upcoming hospital stay. if there was an unforeseen event (that could happen to anyone), he could have contacted me as my contacts they had ... it put me in serious difficulties!!! I had to look for a facility for my family on the day before my stay. the lack of professionalism made me stunned!

I stayed at Poggio di Casalucense with my partner, beautiful room with spa included, excellent service and welcome! I highly recommend staying at least night in this lovely place ..
