Of the best ramen rags in Santiago, in a very convenient location
I liked the vegan ramens. It was not spectacular, but it is worth trying. It could be a little too salty for some, because I was okay. I couldn't try the right recipe because she ran out of Tofu. The waitress was very polite and detailed some of the menu ingredients to one of my friends who wanted to know more about vegetarian / vegan options. Updated by previous rating on 2022-05-29
It was good, not amazing for the price. The Gyoza was very dirty, not delicate at all, and there was inexplicable sweetness in huge amounts with everything. The ramen was fine, a little slandering boredom, but my partner got the Tofu salad that was a little joke. It was not dressed, it came only with lemon slices and it was not seasoned and the avocado with it was not included. It looked like the bed of salad on which you see fish served, but minus the fish, it wasn't a 7,000 pesos salad to my mind.
Very tasty vegetarian and vegetarian spicy. It transports you immediately to Japon. I think the hut's other. Big surprise.
