Whatever this is inevitably implies a change, a risk, a sacrifice, getting out of the comfort zone. cups/ cups/ cups/ ≤br/ National Bar is a classic since 1960 in our country, being born as the typical Chilean chopped with Creole dishes, with all the flavor and affection that is expected of such a place. But it is natural that after so many years of success an establishment decides to grow to stay visible with the passing of the years and that its name spreads everywhere. This is how Bar Nacional today has 4 branches: Bar Nacional 1, Bar Nacional 2, Bar Nacional 3 and Bar Nacional Bosque Norte.... Apparently using the number 4 was very risky...I will not judge anyone. I will judge you. I will receive you a young man, asking you where you have to go, asking if you have to. The interior is quite elegant and clean, very illuminated and spacious. When you arrive, you will be shown where to sit and you will get a menu letter, this is quite varied from national classics such as choclo cake, cracks with cooked potatoes, tongue and pomegranate porotos, to homemade burgers and sandwiches in the bread that your favorites. As well as national and international beers, wines, juices, etc. And if all this increases your doubts and anxiety, the letter has a small submenu in its lid that contains the specialties and suggestions of the chef, it is quite useful as it somehow gives you an idea about the dishes that, in theory, are the best. And good prices are not chopped, they border an average of 7,000 to 8,000 pesos per dish, but considering the place and environment, you may forgive the figure, if it is clear, you like the environment. As in most restaurants while waiting for your order you will be given a baker with small halls, sometimes hot others not, a bit of butter in sachets and pebre, which is quite regular, and if you have doubts about when a pepper is good... see... when it is good you want to throw it into the bread, food, juice and napkinta. In the same way, it is a regular time, the average wait is 10-20 minutes and it is kind, but it usually decays in quality as the place is filled, so it tries to arrive before the 1st of the afternoon, which is understandable, one can see all the bands running from one side to the other, and as Bar Nacional also serves as an improvised meeting room of events where many workers go to lunch. And I can say that in terms of food, you will find everything, but they are far from having that flavor to plate of picada, it is not as tasty as other places, the “Honey of Aunt Juanita” is not and it is known, although the portions are good, the taste is regular, if I should recommend something would be a cut of meat with added, since it is noticed that they do it in the act and they give it to you on a hot plate where you can hear the chirriest The sandwiches are also within the expectable, they can be in marraqueta which I appreciate, they are very good, and if we add a schop of beer you have the best combination once the working day is finished, at that time you will find many fewer people, you will be more comfortable and you can talk without having to shout because the noise decreases quite a lot. ¢Übr/ ¢Übr/ Bar Nacional is the example of what happens when you take the next step as a company, as a local, expand and put at risk the quality of your products, it is totally hopeful, the name and reputation are already marked in the memory of the Chileans and has served them not to decay in popularity, but if we are critical and objective, it is clear that the hardest blow has received the taste and love in their dishes. I still recommend this place, whether to get to know it or spend a while after work, you have to know what time to get there and what dishes to ask if you don't want to have a bad time and it may seem conformist I know, that I'm too understanding, but something has the National Bar that makes it come back, maybe it's because I've never had a rage or they've treated me badly, I just know it would come back.

It's been a while since, and it's really one of my favorite places. I'm always having lunch, but this time we went to have a chirimoya juice and a lemonade with mint and ginger, wonderful. In addition, we asked for a tiramisu to share and it was fresh and delicious. From every national bar in the center, this is my favorite, very rich.

The sandwiches were rich, but they didn't really kill me, I expected something special, but in the end they stood out more for how blunt than for outstanding quality. We'll have to try lunch, I've read good comments. Good and very fast attention and prices seemed good too. As a separate fact, but no less important, to my taste lack of cleaning in the bathrooms and the doors were not closed well.
