This time it was the step, and it fully fulfilled all the expectations that can be achieved!!! We each order a salad, I at least ordered the classic ' Tip and Tap ' with shrimp, cheese, cocktail choclitos, palta, and everything that a hypocaloric and rich salad could have. Fresh lettuce, tasty and fresh vegetables, fast and very cordial attention and service, nothing to say. The only thing (and it's the reason for a 4.5 and not a 5) the salad could carry more shrimp, but it's not something that would condict the choice. Just say that Tip and Tap is one of those classics that never fail!
It's been years since we've been through the tip and tap for a crude, because I don't think there's another one equal in stgo. The thing is that it was always the same claim, attention, zero smiles, zero wena wave, although they are not wrong and are fast. Until one day, for lack of free tables we decided to sit in the bar and there changed the film... the gentleman who is there, attends requests for liquids and also food with a wonderful charm. So the crude got richer.
Very rich, exquisite and large burgers, although I am not a burger lover, if I am from fries, those that are exquisite.
When I talk about Tip and Tap, I can only criticize the crude. It is true, it has other rescued dishes (the Tip and Tap burger or the daily menus are a good choice), but the crude is the star dish and for which it is worth going frequently. This dish ensures in its simplicity the regularity that one always expects in a restaurant: there is no possibility that it is radically different, independent of the day to which one goes.Even though, at the chain level, prices have risen in recent months, it remains within the market value of crude (about 6,000 pesos). In this TyT, it is appreciated that the lemon (except with a few exceptions) is always expressed and can be asked as much as one wants. The same with the traditional vegetables that accompany the meat (cebollah, parsley and green aji), toast (can be ordered integral) and - the best - the home mayonnaise. The May of the TyT lacks that heaviness that causes other homemade Mays and I believe that this lies in its acidity, because justly, what is most felt is the leave of a bit of lemon, instead of oil or egg fat.It should be noted that when animated, one can order a tatar, which is only a crude with a few extra grams of meat and an egg yolk on top. This option costs about 500 more pesos and its availability is completely arbitrary. Sometimes I have asked for it and they tell me that it is not possible for sanitary reasons (the raw egg) and in other instances they bring it to me without repair. One last advice is to accompany it with michelada (if you have little lemon, you can add part of the one they bring for the crude).
Tip and tap a classic! 'I love crude here spend the years and it's still just as rich. This is we tried a steak to the poor and it was wonderful!!! Attention is good and fast.
