Blu Café - Santiago de Compostela

Delicious! We had thoroughly recommended the pancakes with bacon and eggs (11/10) and jamon with tomatoes and bread. Supplemental cake also with coffee!

Me: Do you have eggs for breakfast? 90% of the cafes in Santiago]: eggs? Breakfast? It is Spanish breakfast, ham and cheese. Blue Cafe: Yes, we have international and local breakfast. So, after looking for more than an hour for regular breakfast, which includes eggs, like most of the world do, I finally believe Blue Cafe. The place is cozy, beautiful, offers large portions and good quality. The bread was super delicious and everything was nice for very affordable prices, i.e. the food in my photos was like 14 euros combined (2 big breakfast 2 big coffee).

Very busy, there is table service, but you can have to wait — oats and soy milk available for coffee. Food was delicious, and portion sizes decent. Very expensive. Many vegan and vegetarian options available.

It is a cozy place with charm. You have options for vegans, vegetarians, carnivores, etc. and all options look nice. We just went for coffee and tea, which was nice. The mint tea had a beautiful scent and taste and the coffee was delicious with creamy consistency. Overall a beautiful experience. And the music makes it comfortable.

A small and friendly place, slow paced and lazy, in a good way. Very good food, a lot of options for everyone, vegetarian friendly. There is a kinda secret outside backyard seating which is lovely and quiet. All in all a perfect place for a breakfast, brunch or coffee.
