IHOP ESFERA - Santiago de Querétaro

It was okay. Nothing special in this place, although it was my first ihop experience. Fancy set up and amazing service. drank the burger and pommes. In any case, more pommes would have loved my burger, but overall was good. The pancakes were fine.... The best part of my visit was that last time I had to hang around in Queretaro with my friends.

So warm and hearty if you want an American breakfast, this is the place, good family environment and friendly.

Don't order the French toast! The service is very slow! The manager was very polite, but I don't think the chefs know how to make some of the dishes!

Some friends and I came here to have a nice breakfast, but we left the place with a bad impression. First we had to wait 30 minutes. After we had set ourselves, we had to wait 30 minutes until our food is served. To our surprise, all our plates were cold, we expected it to be warm from all the time we had to wait. The only thing I was grateful was the waiter, he was really attentive to us. We all agreed that after this terrible experience we would never come back here again. I expected the same treatment I had with her restaurants in the USA.
