Cafeteria Florencia - Santiago de Surco

It's more than a bakery and a little less than a full cafeteria. You can have a great breakfast here, but most people come for the baked goods, pastries and cookies. They are so good that some are sold in at least one supermarket. If you can't speak Spanish. My favorite treatment is Orejas de chincho or pork ears. It's a cookie that just melts in your mouth.
