Diala Resto-Bar - Santiago de Surco

This was definitely the best food during our 3 months trip through South America and the atmosphere was even better! The restaurant is in a very safe area and the stuff is friendly and helpful they all speak perfectly English and one of the owners even speaks German!

We actually planned to go to another restaurant, but it was closed this evening and we stumbled on Diala. The room is beautiful, I think they are only open for about 2 months. Even better was the food. There were 4 of us and we all had another dishes and the presentation of all 4 was great. We all tasted each other and it was hard to decide who had the best. Maybe the Panceta Cerdo won. We shared 2 desserts, one was a variation of Tiramisu and his was fantastic. It was a very pleasant surprise and was one of the best meals we had in Peru and that says something. It was also a great value, we would like to have paid twice as much if this were in the USA.

Excelente! La comida, el ambiente, los tragos y la atención, todo de primera. De entrada pedí el pastel de choclo con carne que estaba buenísimo, y de segundo el salmón con arroz vietnamita, que es uno de los mejores salmones que he probado. Para cerrar, de postre, el mousse de toblerone estuvo espectacular.
