I have eaten a few times in a recent trip to santo domingo. almost all appetizers and main dishes that were all excellent. the terrace where most tables are located is wonderful. they still use milk products in some sauces and dressed (yogurt and cheese), so do not hesitate to ask the personal to replace it for an alternative, they are super nice and ready to place their preference.

When they used to visit la matica before it became bambu, then they will probably enjoy this restaurant. the owner was at la matica before he created this restaurant. the terrace itself feels like an artwork. the menu has a variety, but many dishes use cream – so vegans will have either limited options or need to have without milk.
