Feedback gevenWow! Everything was amazing at Hotel Centrale's restaurant. The hosts welcomed us to have a sit at the cosy fireplace before the restaurant opened. After we had a sit at the table, we were served with some local cheese as an entree on the house We order a Local Plateau as a starter for everybody to share (we were 5 people), and trust us it was an absolute experience full of great local tastes of meat, cheeses, pickled vegetables, bruschetti and some jams to go with it all. We tried: homemade pastas with mushrooms; Lamb with Herbs; Kid(baby goat) in the oven; Pork Chops, Potatoes with Mushroom and Tarte with Ricotta cheese. Everything was impecable, the prices were really affordable, and the portions were good too! Don’t miss this amazing place! Cheers to the chef and the hosts! Will be back
We found the freshness very nice having driven up from sea level. We sat out on the terrace and had a light snack that was very good. We finished with espresso and ice cream from their bar. The entire place was well served, friendly and we liked the relaxed laid back time.
