Jollibee Padre Pio - Santo Tomas

The service was quick, and the staff were attentive. Unlike other places, the Jollibee employees are very vigilant, so there's no need to ask for anything twice. The restaurant is also safe and clean, as they are constantly cleaning.

I had a disappointing experience at this Jollibee branch. The service was poor! I requested tap water, but they insisted on using their own tumbler; otherwise, they couldn't fulfill the request. I was really let down by that. Additionally, I specified that I wanted my meal for dine-in, but they served it as a takeout. I also overheard another table mentioning that their fries were missing! What's going on at this location? They really need to improve!

I love this place lalo na sa mga crew and babait nila.
