Cafe Regina Lote 23 - Santurce

Visiting Cafe Regina is always a delightful experience! I highly recommend stopping by for a cozy day date with yourself or a loved one. The drinks are excellent and the food is truly outstanding.

One of my favorite spots in Condado for coffee and breakfast is this place. Their coffee is fantastic, and their avocado toasts are amazing. The banana/peanut butter toasts are also a must-try. Their sandwiches are unique and delicious, unlike anything else I've tried. They also offer baked goods like cookies and their delicious pumpkin bread. If you haven't been, I highly recommend checking it out. Just be aware that the seating is limited, with only 3-4 spots available. Takeout is the best option, or be prepared to wait for a table.

I love Regina and the coffee is really the best but one thing threw me off. You guys claim you have gluten free options but when I asked if you have gluten free toast or anything like that, there was nothing… please let me know when there is going to be an option and I will definitely come by. I really love the concept, the location, but due to my recently discovered intolerance am really sad. I’m putting 5 stars because for a normal customer with no intolerance to anything it’s really the best place in the area. Also love the cucumber drink.

My wife got the cashew milk latte. She said it was good. It’s a little place with outdoor seats. Scan their QR code for menu then order. Service was friendly. Nothing exceptional was noted hence the 4 stars.

This cute spot was right down the street from my hotel. So I ate breakfast here every day. You can sit outside and eat as well. Customer service was great. I had the broccoli and cheese on sourdough bread and the avocado toast.
