Sainte Marie Gastronomia

Well known Lebanese restaurant and my first time here. Simply delicious food freshly made by the wonderful and very nice Chef. The place itself is simple and small, so come very early or make a reservation. On hot summer days, the lack of AC becomes an issue. A true hidden gem.

To eat here you need to be willing to:<br/ <br/ eat at 11am or 3pm. This happens because this restaurant is very small and is becoming famous. Also, the old customers don 't bother waiting an hour to sit and eat. So, it 's far easy if you come by 11h30 am, or during working days.<br/ <br/ eat the most spectacular food. The chef Stephan prepared a awesome menu, and even the 'simple ' cheese sfihas are fantastic.<br/ <br/ get sometimes angry at the service. In Brasil, it 's common to have a high waiter/table ratio, but not at Saint Marie. Here it 's more like the French restaurants.<br/ <br/ experience a good vibe. Waiting is not something you like to do, especially when you 're hungry. But everyone waiting to sit do so in a happy stance, they are all drinking and eating standing at the street, chatting with the chef, etc.

Specialized restaurant na culinária Arabic, but com touches of author muito particular. I was almoçar em uma Saturday afternoon. The best Armenian food you will ever find in Sao Paulo and probably a Top 3 worldwide if not the very best!! Prices are moderate, but if you choose to share bigger dishes it gets cheaper.

Reservation is highly recommended. Simple venue with amazing food.
