Viet Emotion - Sapa

Like many of the restaurants serving meat dishes in Sa Pa, this one also offered a few vegan options. The selection is small but the food is tasty. What makes the restaurant a place to eat is the staff. Such friendly and attentive people. I enjoyed spending time with them.

This restaurant offers a wide array of vegan choices and has a pleasant ambiance. There are two locations in Sapa. They proudly promote that they do not use MSG, and the staff was able to accommodate us by preparing the spring rolls without egg.

I have been to a couple of Viet Emotion restaurants in the area. During my visit, I ordered the honey eggplant with tofu, served with a side of white rice and a small portion of vegetables. The taste was delicious and the portion was generous. Priced at 85K, I would happily return for another meal!

My partner and I decided to try this restaurant for breakfast, and we both ordered the shakshuka. We were extremely pleased with our choice as the dish was flavorful and the tomato sauce topping had a hollandaise-like quality. We enjoyed it so much that we returned for dinner and tried the eggplant banh mi sandwich, which was also delicious. If you find yourself in Sapa, make sure to stop by this restaurant!
