Parfait, Coffee, Liquor, Sato - Sapporo

Love the concept of dessert/parfait and alcohol bars around the city. We just stopped by for a take out Hokkaido milk soft serve (tasty but could have been a tad less sweet for my liking). It was located in b1 and there's a long counter table. We'd love to come and try the desserts (note on the weekend there was a crazy queue all up the stairs and beyond on the weekend).

Restaurant located in Basement with a branch at a 50M walking distance. Good place for taking dessert at night. But be prepared to wait for a long while 30 mins minimum. Don't try to arrive near to the closing time. Atmosphere is comfortable and the food are in great presentation and delicious.

If you are craving for an ice cream in your trip to Sapporo you need to visit this place. Simply amazing experience.

Very good stuff. Like other popular ice cream places, the desserts here are beautiful and instagram-worthy, but unlike some others, Sasaki’s parfaits are harmonious flavor blends and quality of ingredients is very high. Even their straight soft cream is some of the best I’ve had. The venue is modern classy with jazz music humming in the background. Well done. Minus one star for cash-only

It may seems like a nice shop but it isn't. The staff is unfriendly at all and with their capacity, no wonder there's long line. The only good thing is the food looks nice. Flavor was OK but not amazing. I ordered the salted caramel and pistachio, the ice cream wasn't smooth and was bit melting when it arrived. You can still taste some frozen ice inside the pistachio ice cream. The whole food combination doesn't goes well at all. There's salty, then bit creamy from the cream and the apple jelly was very sour. Don't bother to visit if you don't want to ruin your mood to enjoy dessert because the staff is really unfriendly.
