Hospitality of owner and helper would be the best reason for you must stay here. The surrounded is pretty quite but also easily accessible to Sapporo city centre. The owner has decent knowledge on Sake, namely Japanese Wine, and several work experiences on food, I obtained many new insights which I didn't notice or know before. The people I met here is quite friendly and that will be the best reason for you to visit here!

この場所はオーナーさんが物凄く感じよく、親身に接してくれる場所です。また、この場所がある八軒は札幌駅や北大にも近く、近隣の方の散歩コースとして使われる場所でもあります。新川を挟んで東側が北区。西側は琴似・発寒。南側は北海道大学。北は宮の沢に囲まれてます。最寄り駅は札沼線八軒駅で徒歩１５分程となります。高速インターは札樽道新川をご利用頂けます。琴似栄町通に出ていただいて右側に少し歩けば函館線琴似駅と地下鉄東西線琴似駅もあり、交通の良さも自慢です！！

It was really hard to find a place to stay. Why are you staying here. Once you are away from the city, it's a residential area. The owner is very kind but the house is very small and uncomfortable. And the bathroom is shared. 정말 숙소 찾기 힘들어서 애어비앤비로 꾸역꾸역 찾았던 숙소. 여기서 왜 묵었지.. 일단 시내와 떨어져있고 아예 주택가라서 접근성이 떨어지고 밤이 되면 사람이 없어 매우매우 무섭다. 주인분은 매우 친절하지나 집이 매우 좁아서 불편하다. 그리고 화장실도 공용이다.
