Taco Bueno - Sapulpa

Recently, this place gave another chance in the hope that they had made some changes to their quality of service. I think they have and the food was good. The food could have been a bit warmer, but tasted good and quickly arrived.

The guy who took orders through the ride was extremely exhausting. Probably because he's got a hoodie and he can't hear, and he failed the order. And for the love of him ALL he / we can not put our phones and do our freaking jobs!!!

So we waited 8 minutes for the speaker to give our order. What it seemed was not a vehicle before us. While we gave our order, the employee spoke to someone else and we had to constantly correct it. When we moved around the building, there were 1 vehicle on the window. 27 minutes later we had to move forward. Our 2 years old and our 7 months old was hysterical when we got the food, so we didn't even check if it was right. We ordered the $1 Burritos, like 8 of them, and the cinnamon chips. Instead we have the burrito supremes and chulupas. Or whatever it was, it wasn't what we ordered.

I really like Bueno, but this branch was always the worst branch I visited. Every time we have ordered from there, either half of our order is missing or not to mention at all if we go through the passage?s not unusual that it takes 20 minutes. I boycotted this Taco Bueno for the time until either new administration or a tornado fix the problem. Bad excuse for a fast food? Restaurant complete. Not sure what all the problems keep this bueno actually work, but be sure to double check your order when you decide to play in this place.

Extremely slow drive through. No reason to wait this long for mediocre fast food (I can get through Del taco faster and that saying something). Only stopped because it was on my way somewhere. 2 cars in front of me and it?s been over 10min so far since I ordered. Outside in the drive through area there?s a lovely waterfall of A/C condensation that has not only stained damaged the wall, But also spits water out hard enough that it gets all over you and your car. When I did get my food, it was barely warm. Having previously been an area manager for well respected QSC restaurant chain, I?m not confide that this place is up to standards. Highly doubtful that I?ll be returning.
